The Opportunity:
Applications are invited for this exciting role working within the Students' Association (SRUCSA) based in Edinburgh. As hybrid working arrangements are currently in place, flexibility of location may be considered.
The main aim of this post is to promote student well-being, academic achievement, and a positive campus environment. By promoting active lifestyles and fostering community connections through a variety of sports and physical activities, the post aims to create opportunities for students to engage positively with their peers and surroundings.
In addition to promoting student health and well-being, this post also contributes to SRUC's broader objectives, including increasing student retention and fostering a positive reputation as a dynamic learning community. By prioritising student engagement and holistic development, the post aligns with SRUC's aspirations of creating an environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be Educated toSCQF Level 8, HND level (or equivalent), or possess comparable experience, in sports or activity development or a related discipline.
Working Arrangements:
We provide many staff with the opportunity to flexibly combine on-site and remote working, where job roles allow, balancing the needs of our community of staff, students, clients and partners.
This role requires some on-site working, hybrid working as well as some travel across Scotland.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. If you are a migrant worker you will need to ensure you have an appropriate visa to evidence the necessary right to work in the UK.
