Role: Senior Project ManagerLocation: Billingham, Stockton on TeesHours: 37.5hrs per week - Office basedSalary range: £55,000 - £65,000About the roleDue to business growth and client demand, Actemium Automation Teesside are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team.As a Project Manager for Teesside, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of automation projects from conception to completion.Main Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and closing of automation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.Responsible for Negotiation of pricing work, rework or variations.Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives efficiently.The Person:Proven experience managing automation projects in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of automation technologies and systems.Ability to understand and produce control system design documents.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of industrial hardware systems, including control panel design and control system hardware.Benefits PackageWhat we can offer in return:Base salary between £55,000 - £65,000 (experience dependent)Discretionary bonusHolidays – 25 days plus bank holidaysHealth Shield – Employee Assistance SchemeProfit Share SchemeVinci Share Scheme (6 Month LOS qualifying period)EV Car Purchase Scheme (1 Year LOS qualifying period)Company Pension Scheme (Contributions matched up to 6%)Disability Benefit Scheme and Death in Service Insurance.Why us?Who are Actemium Automation Teesside?Actemium Automation Teesside specialize in the design, implementation and maintenance of control and software automation systems in the north of England.Engineering areas include:Conceptual Design and ConsultancySystem Design & ManufactureSoftware EngineeringProject ManagementWe work with a variety of key customers across different sectors including Nuclear and life science.The Vinci GroupEltek are part of the VINCI Energies UK and ROI operating within Actemium Automation.
