Acquisitions & Asset Management DirectorOur client is a progressive Real Estate arm of a Private Family Office with a property portfolio focused on mainly investing in various locations in the UK.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESMission: Our client, an experienced property investor, is seeking to hire an Acquisitions Director & Asset Manager to identify and acquire new properties for the portfolio and oversee the asset management of existing properties. The Acquisition & Asset Management Director will report directly to the Principal, working closely alongside the Finance Director. The key responsibilities will include:Market research to identify potential investment opportunities; origination of investment deals, due diligence, administration of transactions, and providing advisory to the Principal.Management of the existing property portfolio spread across various locations within the UK; develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property values and returns.Understand the real estate market in the UK and the ability to form, build, and maintain effective relationships with diverse and relevant stakeholders across the market.Close collaboration with the Principal and existing Real Estate team to ensure a successful outcome of projects and planning.HARD SKILLS & EXPERIENCECandidate combining significant experience in acquisition and asset management within the UK real estate market.Wide and existing network across the real estate market in the UKStrong financial skills, including experience in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation of real estate investments.Execution background with experience in the transaction business.Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with the team members and performing in a collaborative work environment.Adaptive and resilient profile, suited to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and ability to navigate among different stakeholders and align divergent interests.
