My client is one of the top experts in air management and looking for an Acoustic Estimator to join their busy team in Bradford! Products include data centre cooling hardware, acoustic containers, and air handling units. The Role:

As an Acoustics Estimator, you will be reading of specifications and drawings, understanding clients needs and considerations to offer HVAC products. Workplace culture is enhanced through volunteer days and outreach programmes. Remote work will be available for this role.

Role responsibilities include:

Recommending resources and equipment required to provide services, while meeting regulations.
Liaising with internal departments, ensuring all personnel have the relevant information for the project to succeed.
Consider and apply commercial and technical solutions to reduce internal cost and increase profit.
Exhibit a professional demeanour.
Building long terms relationships with clients to gain confidence in the company's proposed solution.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years' experience as applications engineer and or estimator, ideally within structural steelwork.
A diploma from the Institute of Acoustics, is preferred.
Experience in AutoCAD or Inventor software, is required.
An understanding of commercial awareness within the HVAC market.
Good teamwork skills.
An innovative approach to problem solving.
