Accounts Team Supervisor

Your experience with Sage, Xero accounting software, and Quickbooks knowledge will be put to good use as you take on the following responsibilities:
Handling bookkeeping duties for our clientsExpertly preparing and filing VAT returnsSkillfully posting purchase and sales invoices to the accounting systemManaging bank postings and reconciliationsPosting payroll journalsDiligently reconciling supplier statementsEnsuring the accuracy of the debtors ledgerMaintaining the accuracy of the Fixed Asset RegistersCompleting month-end procedures on the accounts softwareLogging into clients' accounting software, completing their bookkeeping, VAT Returns, and month-end proceduresEfficiently preparing payment runs on behalf of clientsConducting nominal and balance sheet reconciliationsPreparing management accounts, updating budgets, and liaising with clients on variancesEnsuring that all deadlines are metHandling accounts preparation for companies, sole traders, and partnerships
