The company is committed to fostering a productive and inclusive work environment and has a strong emphasis on professional development.DescriptionManaging a portfolio of clients across a range of industries.Mentoring and developing junior members of the team.Reviewing and preparing accounts and tax returns.Contributing to the development of the firm's tax strategy.Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.ProfileA successful 'Accounts & Tax Manager' should have:A qualification in Accounting or a related field Extensive knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to speak with and advise clients.Knowledge of current accounts and tax legislation. Knowledge of CCH would be preferable, although not essential.
