Salary Range:£34,000 - £39,000

Puro Accountancy is pleased to assist an Accountancy firm in Bolton in their quest for a full-time Senior Accountant to join their cohesive and experienced team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts include:
Managing a client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of top-notch accounting and tax services
Preparation and review of annual accounts, tax computations, and VAT returns
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, with a focus on training and development
Offering financial guidance while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations
Assisting in special projects and ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Nurturing strong client relationships, identifying avenues for business expansion and enhancement

For the Senior Accounts role, candidates should possess:
Ideally an ACCA or ACA qualification, with preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy firm
Consideration will also be given to Part-qualified individuals or those who are QBE
Profound technical proficiency in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting
Proficiency in Excel, Xero, Sage, and other Accounting and Taxation software
Effective communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with clients and colleagues across all levels
