Temporary Accounts Assistant - Hayle – circa £12.50 per hourTrial Balance Consulting have been assigned by an award-winning hospitality business, based on the outskirts of Hayle, to recruit a temporary Accounts Assistant. This is an urgent requirement and is expected to have a duration of approx. 4 – 6 weeks.This is a broad role within a small finance team and will work closely with the Finance Manager. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in the following areas:- Control of accounts payable to include supplier queries and accurate inputting of invoices- Processing accounts receivable invoices and receipts- Bank reconciliations- Posting banking reports- Assisting with month end proceduresWe’re focussed on experience, not status of qualification though part/fully AAT would be useful. The role works within a very friendly and efficient finance team where an outgoing and personable approach will be a must!The role is immediately vacant and our client is very keen to have a Finance Assistant in place as soon as possible.
