Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole tradersAccountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a well-regarded and progressive independent firm of accountants in Penarth who are now looking to add a Semi Senior Accountant to their growing team.Based in Penarth with full parking available, this role will predominantly consist of providing Accounting and Tax compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. The workload will include the preparation of both statutory and management accounts as well as corporation tax compliance, bookkeeping and VAT work. You will liaise with clients directly as well as being responsible for communicating with HMRC.This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join a modern and forward-thinking firm.The ideal candidate may be AAT Qualified or at the latter stages of their studies or may have already commenced their ACCA studies.
