Their values are centred around passion, inclusion, people and impact; they have won various housing awards and take pride in their working environment.Job DescriptionWithin this role you take on the sole responsibility for raising all Accounts Receivable invoices using Open Accounts. With your previous experience you will also tackle the management of AR queries and resolve these (as high priority) to guarantee that services and customers are not disturbed. You will also transfer repairs and void invoices to Open Housing; deal with the collection of AR direct debits by generating reports at Month-End; set-up customer's accounts and direct debits on Open Accounts & PTX.This role allows to converse with a range of people from different department at all levels. In turn, you will be working alongside directors, Line Managers and associates in meetings to reconcile and raise customer invoices. Following through on this you would also reconcile customer accounts; at Month-End you will also have the responsibility for closing all Sales Ledgers.Systems: Limelight & Care / Open Accounts / Open Housing / PTX / e-Bis Superuser(Training Provided)The Successful ApplicantThe successful a Ledgers Officer Accounts Receivable should possess:Desirably AAT qualified or QBEExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer Service skills for dealing with internal and external individualsThe ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional mannerKnowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly excel)Organisational skills of a high standard with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracyHigh attention to detailAbility to commute to Sale.What's on OfferOn offer to the candidate:Full time 35 hours per week, (FTC until 31st October 2024)12-month fixed term contractAgile working (1-2 days in Office)Extensive training and development supportThis website has app functionality.
