Job Description As Accounts Receivable Clerk, your key duties will include the following: Preparing and sending invoices to customers.Recording and posting customer payments.Ensuring customer accounts are accurate and resolving discrepancies.Following up on overdue payments and contacting customers for payment.Responding to customer inquiries about invoices and payments.Preparing regular reports on the status of accounts receivable.Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.Perform statement reconciliations and some bank reconciliations General ad-hoc tasks. The Successful Applicant A successful applicant should hold the following: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience gained within Accounts Receivable High level of accuracy and attention to detailProven exposure within the Financial Services industry Good written and verbal communication skillsImmediately available or on a reduced notice period
