Salary:                        £22,270 with potential to rise to £26,200 over 3 years

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.

The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for performing a wide range of responsibilities including reviewing documents received and providing archiving.  Registering and checking out all processes of payments and receipts. Controlling and monitoring the commitments of payments and receipts of the company and chasing debts with external stakeholders.

Every day you will …

Allocate and complete all daily customer cash receipts received within the timescales set.

Maximise cash flow and minimise the levels of overdue debt. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Raise awareness and involve the wider business in the collection of debt.

Analyse customer data to identify adverse behaviours and prevent risk exposure.

Provide accurate and timely information on the status of customer accounts/debt to inform business decisions, identify and escalate issues, and manage customer expectations.

Provide cover to other members of the team as and when required.
