Altum are excited to be working with a global, E-Commerce business in their search for a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Duties and Responsibilities:Process invoices, customer payments, and credits in a timely and accurate mannerManage and maintain customer accounts and recordsReview and reconcile accounts receivable ledgersContact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepanciesRespond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional mannerAssist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reportsParticipate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable processRequirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and time management skills
