Job DescriptionEnsuring sales orders are fulfilled correctly with delivered litres using Descartes routing system and reports.Invoicing sales orders in the correct periodSend out and action amended volumes on a daily basis, ensuring the accuracy of cost and sale prices. Producing and distributing the item fulfilment report to sales and transport to ensure all sales orders are either billed or closed.Ensuring all pack sales orders are invoiced accurately by using the packages report.Checking the accuracy of courier purchase orders and approving the invoice for processing.Working with the inventory team to ensure each vehicle has enough stock to fulfil sales orders. Assisting with the checking of third party sales orders and processing the delivered litres ready for billing. Sending copies of proof of deliveries or invoices.Assisting with any customer or internal queries that may arise. Any other ad hoc tasks The Successful Applicant A successful interim Accounts Receivable Assistant should have: · Only administrative skills required. · Intermediate Excel Skills.· Great attention to detail, problem solving and query resolution skills.· Previous experience of working within a fast-passed environment a must.· Ability to 'think outside the box.'· The ability to build good working relationships with both external and internal suppliers/customers.· Good communication skills and ability to escalate queries to the appropriate manager.
