They are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them for this permanent and full-time opportunity. Based at their offices in Harlow for 2 days and remote for 3 days you will join a large and supportive finance team, reporting into a brilliant AP Supervisor.Job DescriptionValidate and process large volumes of invoices for multiple European entitiesManage Accounts Payable mailboxes and resolve supplier queries;Liaise with other European sites as needed and requested in order to obtain data/approvals for processing;Answer and resolve e mail telephone queries from internal and external parties;Collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments to ensure timely resolution of vendor/supplier issues;Comply with Company and departmental policies and procedures;Perform other duties as assigned to support the Shared Service CentreThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will live local to the client offices and be able to commute in to work for 2 days per-week, working remotely for 3 days per week.
