Managing a large AP team, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager looking for a long term contract at a global, well established media business.What you'll be doing:Monitor a team of accounts payable administratorsEnsure all training activities are completed and process documentation updated as requiredEnsure accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices, adhering to legislative and legal requirements etcEnsure accurate and timely auditing/processing of employee expense claims against policyManagement of credit cardsPreparation of payment runs as directedEnsure timely completion of bank reconciliationsWhat you'll be/have:Previous experience in managing an Accounts Payable teamSelf motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionGreat customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
