Accounts Payable Manager - Blackburn.About Our ClientMy client is an exciting and highly acquisitive business who operate on a global scale and market leaders.Job DescriptionCarrying out monthly 1-2-1's with 5 Team leaders, ensuring support, coaching and development is provided.Working closely with the Reporting Manager and ensuring weekly KPI's are communicated and analysed.Takes responsibility and ownership of the day to day actions of the Accounts Payable areaWork in cooperation with other departments who can provide information, assistance, and supportWeekly catch ups and good communication with Finance Managers of different entitiesTrade payable balance sheet reconciliationReviewing monthly statement reconciliations and providing feedback to all levelsMonitoring month end activities and ensuring schedule is adhered to.Support Accounts Payable Function Lead and the wider Finance team with resolving more complex queries.The Successful ApplicantAdvanced Excel skillSimilar experience within a lead role.Effective communicator, both verbal and written.What's on OfferThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary with an excellent benefits package to match too.
