This commitment aims to address urgent issues in education, racial equity, social justice, economic development, and the environment, as we bring our talent, knowledge, and insights directly to organisations striving for positive change.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive who will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and paying all debtors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.As an Accounts Payable Executive at Fredericks & Partners, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the firm. This hybrid role offers a balance of remote and in-office work, providing a flexible and collaborative environment.RESPONSIBILITIESInvoice Processing: Efficiently process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, working closely with internal departments and vendors.Payment Processing: Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate records. Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team to ensure compliance.Expense Management: Manage employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Reconcile and process reimbursement requests in a timely manner.Vendor and Supplier Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable.Financial Reporting: Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
