Job DescriptionManage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting tasks.Maintain vendor relationships and manage communications regarding billing and payment queries.Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.Perform credit card payments and reconciliations.Assist in the monthly closure of financial records and reports.Adhere to corporate policies and procedures regarding invoice processing.Perform other duties as required to support the accounting department. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Accounts Payable Clerk' should have:A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.Strong understanding of accounting principles.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working with accounting software.A proactive approach to problem-solving.
