Page Personnel is supporting a highly reputable business based in Poole who is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accountancy team on a full time, temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone with a previous AP experience, has excellent organisational skills & strong communication skills. The office is in Poole but hybrid working is available.

Description

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Process customer orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ensure to maintain recurring invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • Deal with queries
  • Maintain accurate customer information
  • Liaising with others departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Profile

In order to be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to communicate effectively - written and verbal
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be highly organised
  • Be able to adapt and multi-task
