The Role:
The opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Club L London Finance Team in Trafford Park, Manchester on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for accurately processing stock, non-stock and courier invoices in a timely manner and be a support to the Transaction Manager and the wider team on the day to day running of the department. This role will also be able assist with journals and other month-end responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Processing invoices in a timely manner Daily management of finance email inboxes Processing across several territories within different currencies Weekly payment runs Reconciling supplier accounts with their respective statements Assisting with query resolution Maintaining positive relationships internally and externally Maintenance of the ledger Any other adhoc duties that may arise What does good look like?
AAT qualified preferable but not essential Sound understanding of Excel functions Experience in another finance admin role Ability to meet deadlines and work with other team members to ensure work is delivered on time Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) High level of accuracy and attention to detail What's on offer?
