CK Group are recruiting for an Accounts Payable analyst to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Swindon on a contract basis for 6 months.
Hourly Rate:
�13.00 per hour PAYE

Location:
Swindon. This site is a large manufacturing centre for our client with the facility being over 253,000 square feet in size. It houses the fast dissolving tablet development and manufacturing operations as well as a CMC pharmaceutical analytical lab services unit that offers ASAP stability.
Accounts Payable analyst/assistant Role:
  • Process invoices resulting in the end payment to suppliers and other business partners, review supplier invoices, complete appropriate checks for business approval and/or PO match and enter the invoice details into the ERP system.
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of supplier invoices and achievement of AP service centre KPIs to include matching, correcting indexing, and coding invoices.
  • Participate in AP workflow tasks and monitor assigned site's invoicing/payment processing.
  • Manage payment controls and ensure all supplier payments are accurate and comply with various company policies.
Your Background:
  • Experience in shared services organisation.
  • Volume account payable process experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • JDE experience an advantage.
