Meet the team behind this journeyWe are a growing international and passionate accounting team of accounts payableand general ledger accounts striving for a timely and smooth closing process andpreparing accurate financial statements
Your responsibilities
As a part of the Accounts Payable team, you'll take care of all incominginvoices along the whole AP process for our Japanese subsidiary.You will be responsible for the approval process as well as the timelyposting and payment of supplier invoices.Credit cards statements will be reconciled in a timely manner and yoursubledger will be always up to date.You will be collaborating with the whole accounting team as well as ourexternal tax advisors in Japan herewith you will contribute to a smoothmonth-end closing process.Together with your team, you will further develop the AP team with regard tostructures and standards,digitalizationand automation.

Qualities we look for
A successfully completed business studies degree or commercial training.At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting.Relevant experience in various ERP systems, very good knowledge of common MS-Office tools.Experience with Workday is a bonus.Outgoing and self-motivated personality with strong communication and organizational skills.A high degree of personal responsibility, transparency as well as a structured and goal-oriented approach to work and high attention to detail.Fluency in Japanese and English is a must for this role.
