Accounts Manager - Service Charge

TeamJobs are searching for an experienced Service Charge Accounts Manager to join our client in Bournemouth on a Temporary to Permanent basis ASAP.

We are looking for experience within this field, QUBE experience is desirable.

Details

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30AM - 5PM
• Temporary to Permanent
• ASAP START
• �25-30k DOE

Duties

• Assisting property managers in preparation of service charge budgets and implementing into MRI/Qube
• Applying Tenant Charges
• Raise and issue billing to leaseholders
• Transferring Ground Rent monies collected to freeholders/landlords
• Monitoring and checking expenditure against budgets throughout year, monitoring cash flow
• Ensuring correct management fees are billed
• Monthly bank account reconciliations
• Year End - Preparing and reconciling accounts ready to go to external accountants
• Outgoing properties - processing reports, handover information and funds
• Answering queries from Leaseholders, Suppliers and the internal team such as Property Managers/PA's etc. via email or MS Teams
• Month End reporting
• Ad hoc projects within the Accounts team
