Job description
A great opportunity has become available to join the growing team within the Food Service division of Randall Parker Food Group based in Nelson, Lancashire.
This is a newly created role to strengthen the finance and admin function of the site alongside offering general HR support.
A broad and all-encompassing role, you will provide basic admin duties as well as supporting the Management Accountant on accounts and payroll. A point of contact for Site management and employees, you will also liaise with the HR Manager to provide advice and assistance with general HR matters.
Responsibilities will include:
Greeting of visitors, answering the door, telephone and corresponding to emails
Collating and transferring information into excel, scanning paperwork and filing
Raising and sending sales invoices and credit note
