We welcome applications for the role of Accounts Clerk, working with the Finance Team and liaising with all Hotel and Food & Beverage departments.
Main Responsibilities:
To monitor and control all the ordering in relation to inventory goods
Process delivery notes / invoices and credit notes in Adaco purchasing and Sage 200 accounting systems.
Prepare and distribute food flash report on the daily basis; conducting month end in relation to inventory stock within the company headlines.
Prepare GP margin report and analysing the cost of sale for Food & Beverage outlets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an accounting Clerk role is desired;
Proficiency in Excel, Sage 200c accounting and Adaco purchasing systems desired.
