Caddy Group are looking for an Accounts Assitant for one of our clients based in Larkfield, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.
- Support the finance team with audits and other financial reviews.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing financial documents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
