An exciting position for a Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant has come up in a company which has been established for over 30 years and is based in Stourport on Severn.
You will be joining a team of 3. You will be working as part of a dynamic finance team which has played a key role in the business' continued growth. You will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager,� there can be a progression path if someone wants to advance within the department.
This is a friendly working environment in a small team with a role that you can make your own.
The main duties :
- Credit Control
- Opening customer accounts
- Sales Ledger management and reconciliations
- Cash/Credit Card Posting
- Purchase Ledger
- Payment runs
- Invoice processing
- Payroll (Weekly)
- Bank reconciliations
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Purchase and sales ledger experience
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Adhoc and project work
- Ability to manage your own workload
