Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who is seeking a part time opportunity working 21 hours over the week and within a fantastic company? Our client are seeking a passionate and customer focused accounts to join their team. This role will be a mix of administration and accounts payable and will require a candidate who has great communication skills and wants to make a positive impact.The Part Time Accounts Assistant will:Be the first point of contact for all accounts payable queriesDealing with statementsCreating new customers on the systemsPick up and investigating any discrepanciesReconciling receipts and investigating queriesCheck invoices and stock using XeroDealing with the sales order processDeal with credit checks and manage credit limitsCheck all orders are invoiced and payments are receivedSupport with month and year endBe responsible for any finance administration that comes into the officeTo be considered for the Part Time Accounts Assistant you will:Have previous experience on finance systems ideally Xero or SageBe confident on Excel
Maintain a minimum of 2 years accounts experienceBe proactive and hard workingHave the ability to build effective working relationshipsWork with confidence on the telephoneBe a great team playerIn return our client offers a great working environments with fabulous benefits!
