Accounts Assistant (Part Time) - Worcester - Salary to be discussed based on hours.�
Our client, a well established lettings agency, based in Worcester, requires an experienced Accounts Assistant,
The successful Account Assistant will be responsible for ( full training will be given):
- Client Account Bank Reconciliation's
- Payments to Landlords & Contractors
- Credit Control including feedback to landlords
- Quarterly & Annual Overseas Tax Returns & Payments
- Calculating MSF
- Drawing up Section 21 Notices
- Corresponding with Solicitors for legal guidance and court action
- Reconciliation's between Jupix & DPS
- Chasing tenants and DPS on any disputed Deposits
- Issuing Tax Statements to Landlords
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar position.�
- Willingness to learn
- Confident communicator
- Liaising with external Accountant as and when required
- Using Sage Line 50 & Excel.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
