Accounts Assistant - King's Lynn

Our Client:

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client's dealership in King's Lynn.

You will be part of a dealership accounting team based in King's Lynn, ensuring dealership accounts are accurately updated. Reporting to the Accountant, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, Full training is on offer.

The Role:

• All round Purchase Ledgers, Sales Ledger processing
• Reporting to the Dealership Accountant
• Track and review banking transactions, and complete daily banking routines including base book and bank reconciliations.
• Actioning payment requests for transactions
• Respond to ad-hoc accounts-related queries from the dealership and wider management team.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some previous experience in an accounting role. You will have experience with accounting software and Excel skills. In addition, you will also demonstrate the following strengths:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy within Accounts
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
