The Role:
Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting and auditing services for a portfolio of clients
Conduct audits in accordance with established standards and regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Provide strategic financial advice and support to clients, assisting them in achieving their business objectives
Review financial statements, reports, and documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for financial matters
Mentor and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize service delivery
The Person:
ACCA or ACA qualified with strong external audit experience
Proven experience in managing staff preferably with an practice environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills
