Our client is seeking an Accounts and Audit Manager to join their team. This opportunity would fit an enthusiastic and driven individual looking to help their clients achieve their business and personal objectives.
THE ROLE:
The role will fall under the corporate department where you will be managing a portfolio of clients. As a senior, you will be reporting directly to a partner. Within this role you will also need to supervise and review the junior staff.
The role itself will require you to deliver tax compliance, accounts, and audit assignments in a timely manner and to a high standard. With a focus on compliance, the role will also allow you to broaden your experience through working with a diverse range of clients on varied projects. Therefore, this role varies from day to day, creating an exciting opportunity.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will need to:
- Be ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years statutory audit experience, preferably at manager level in practice.
- Have experience with SME private company audits and statutory accounts preparation under FRS 102
- Demonstrate good IT knowledge.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Have previous experience in a supervisor role.
- Demonstrate strong communication, both written and spoken.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team
- Full clean driving license
