Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a local Oldbury based business who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to start immediately.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
- Process supplier payments through online banking system
- Credit control
- Produce sales and purchase ledger reports for MD to show what is due in out each month
- Sales and purchase ledger month end and year end
- Credit card statements through Pegasus/ opera
- Nominal ledger month end and year end
- ADI rebate credits
- Ensure all accounts information is provided to the accountants at the end of each quarter
- Check bank daily and update payments on to sales/ purchase/ nominal ledger
- Sales/ purchase ledger queries
- General administration
- Assisting other departments in company as and when needed
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
- Accounts experience
- Administrative experience
- Knowledge of Pegasus opera 3 software is preferred but not essential
