This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a newly created role. Reporting to the Finance Director, the position holder will be responsible for managing daily admin tasks for the accounts department, entering of supplier invoices, ensuring that customer invoices are generated on time, contacting customers for unpaid bills and overseeing various inboxs to ensure customer and suppliers needs are met.
Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
Hourly rate of £11.50
Key Responsibilities:
General daily administration tasks (monitoring emails/scanning and filing documents etc)
Generating and sending customer invoices and credit notes
Receiving and processing supplier invoices
Weekly reporting of debtor balances
Weekly GRNI reports
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
Confident communicator
happy to approach suppliers, colleagues and customers to gather information and discuss issues.
Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
