Handling financial tasks efficiently using Xero softwareProcessing payments promptly and managing direct debit transactionsProficiently manage and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate dataUtilising various computer programs and tools for daily tasksAssisting with clerical tasks such as copying, typing, and filing documentsManaging mail shots and promptly responding to emailsEnsuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry and managementProviding excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries effectivelyExecuting mail merge tasks for efficient communication with clientsGenerating and managing invoices accurately and on timeUploading invoices to online payment portalAssisting potential new clients with enquiries in order to draw revenue to the park What can you expect in return?
