Accounts Administrator required for my well established client based on the outskirts of Loughborough Job Types: Full or part time considered Hours : Monday – FridaySalary: Negotiable, dependant on experience Experience : 2-3 Years in accountancyResponsibilities Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors Process bank deposits Reconcile financial statements Prepare, send, and store invoices Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments Report on the status of accounts payable and receivableRequirements Proven work experience as an account’s administrator or similar role Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulation Hands-on experience with accounting software bespoke excel accountancy system Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets) Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors Good organisational and time management abilitiesSkills and Knowledge Must have IT skills of Word, Excel, and Outlook Good spoken and written communication skills
