Accounting Analyst

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Analyst to join our high performing team for an initial period of 12 months to work in a varied role encompassing treasury support, balance sheet management, and accounting / tax preparations for our European business.A snapshot of the day-to-day role:TreasuryTo compile a weekly 13 week and rolling 12-month cash forecast of incoming and outgoing payments for all currencies.To update and submit monthly cash flow actuals to group treasury within agreed timelines.Preparation and submission of borrowing base certificate (BBC) deliverables to group treasury to support asset back loan monthly reporting requirements.Reconciliation of indirect and direct cash flow with variance analysis.Full responsibility of European treasury management and primary contact to global treasury team.Balance Sheet ReconciliationsFull responsibility for reconciling all bank accounts and business credit cards on a monthly basisPreparation of journals for bank transactions, hedging, interest and other key accounts.Proactively working with AR and AP to resolve reconciling items and queries.OtherResponsible for keeping bank administration including corporate credit cards up to date.Supporting accounting and tax teams on monthly/annual submissions.Proactive involvement in project work specific to treasuryWhat we are seeking...Accounting degree or equivalent plus full/part qualified ACCA/CIMAExperience of balance sheet reconciliations and cash forecasting (essential)Experience with Oracle, specifically Oracle Financials (advantageous)Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative with a desire to stretch own abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and challenge the 'status quo'Excellent analytical/numerical skills - including strong attention to detail and Excel skillsWhat we offer...Hybrid working pattern - 3 days in the office/2 days home workingCompetitive salary and bonusExcellent benefits including: free parking, healthcare, wellbeing contribution, birthday day off, employee discounts and more.If you are happy to consider an initial 12 month contract, feel you would enjoy working in a fast paced and vibrant company, have an accounting qualification or working towards, and experience in the areas of balance sheet reconciliations and cash forecasting, we'd love to hear from you!TaylorMade Golf Company is an equal opportunity employer.
