Working in an established team, you will support to prepare, review and issue annual internal and external reporting.The Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the fixed asset and lease accounting process across the organisation, including active participation in fortnightly capex calls with senior management.You will be tasked with preparing data pertaining to both intangible and tangible assets for incorporation into quarterly and annual investor reporting packs.Additionally, the Accountant will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and consolidation of group figures into various reports for management, investors, and statutory reports.You will also perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare allocated subsidiary statutory accounts. Alongside this will be the chance to identify opportunities for streamlining or improvement.The ideal applicant will be a recently qualified accountant with experience in statutory accounts preparation.
