Eden Scott are delighted to be working with our client to recruit for a Qualified Accountant to join their well established Accounting firm based in Fife. This is a full time, permanent position that is based in their Fife office with scope for flexible working after successful completion of a 3 month probationary period (2 days from home and 3 in the office).The post holder will work within a close nit team to work through a variety of responsibilties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience within a practice environment or someone who has been working within an industry based role that would thrive in a practice environment.The ideal candidate will be a well versed, hands-on Accountant who is able to mange their workload effectivelyKEY RESPONSIBILITIESTypical Practice Accounting responsibilitiesPrepare monthly VAT & Tax returnsWorking within a multi-client evironment & assisting clients with queries that ariseBuilding strong working relationships with clientsAdvising clients or management on any issues that may ariseManaging budgets SKILLSChartered or Qualified Accountant (ACCA,CIMA, ICAS etc)Experience within a practice environmentSelf-sufficientExperience working in a multi-client environmentExperience using Quickbooks or TaxCalc would be beneficial (not essential)Strong team playerQuick-learnerStrong communicator Excel SkillsIf you are interested in hearing more about this fantastic opportunity, please apply now!
