Accountant

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Finance & Accounting sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to work for a practice based in Glasgow.
Accountants Core Duties
Prepare financial statements (partnerships, sole traders, limited companies and charities)
Prepare and complete audits
Prepare company and personal tax returns
Prepare management accounts
Submit documents to HMRC and Companies House
Respond to client questions
Accountants Skills Required
Minimum 3 years experience in a private Accounting practice
ACCA / ICAS qualified or an accountant with 6 years post qualification experience
Experience with accounting software, such as Sage, Iris, and Xero
Experience with audits (preferred)
Excellent MS Office experience, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Solid attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good time and prioritisation management experience
Desire to develop a career and secure development opportunities
