This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable estate agency, for someone who has practice experience and is fully or part qualified in ACCA/CIMA.

Job duties include:

• Production of year-end accounts
• Financial reports - preparing and reviewing budgets
• Liasing with property managers
• Interpretation and reconciliation of new client data
• Year-end reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Part or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA
• Practice experience - beneficial
