Accountant

Accountant, �16 - �19 per hour, Temporary up to 32 hours 10.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday immediate start

An immediate opportunity has arisen to join this established Accountancy Practice in the Wellingborough area as an Accountant.

This is an office based role and no homeworking/ hybrid will be considered.

This Accountant position is initially a temporary 2-3 month contract to assist during a very busy period. The accountant will be supporting approximately working around 32 hours per week Monday to Friday between 10AM and 4PM

The successful Accountant will ideally have at least 2 years UK based Accountancy experience ideally from an Accountancy Practice.

The role will involve:

Preparation of year-end accounts

Tax returns

VAT returns,

Corporation tax filings

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Excel and Word will be required.

For this accountancy role previous experience with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) workings and tax returns would be highly beneficial but not essential.

While experience is a priority, candidates who are currently pursuing qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or ICAEW will also be considered.

Start Date: ASAP - must have immediate availability being a temporary contract

Working hours: 32 hours per week

Pay �16-19p.h
