We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.The Accountant ensures the production of financial information, which includes accounting entries, closings, tax returns and invoicing, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. He/She acts as the focal point for the Ola/IFS tool, providing assistance, driving improvements, and facilitating training for accounting to ensure efficient financial operations and continuous improvement.Production of financial information (portfolio of a dozen entities of the group):Ensure the entry of all the entries of these different companies (bearing in mind that the supplier and bank cycles are under the responsibility of the Shared Service Centre)Establish monthly, quarterly and annual closings for the scope covered (including tax returns and annual accounts)Participate in the group's accounting closing: Establish the income statement and balance sheet in the consolidation software (HFM), process IFRS homogenization entriesUpdating Reconciliation FilesMonthly preparation of customer invoices and follow-up of accounting processingCarry out customer remindersAct as a referent for the OLA/IFS tool (specific to the role of accountant):Follow-up on requests for assistance from the accounting team in relation to OLAFollow-up of tool improvements/fixesOrganization of regular training and follow-up meetings with the accounting teamCross-cutting tasks:Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate to the team ERP system improvements, issues, and accounting processes encounteredREQUIREMENTSIn-depth knowledge of accounting and taxationMinimum Bac +3 in AccountingAt least 5 years of experience in accounting, (business experience would be desirable)Good knowledge of Windows and ExcelProfessional EnglishExperience and knowledge of an ERP system are essential skills (SAP, IFS, Oracle, etc.)KEY SKILLSAs a partner, the Accountant collaborates and works in partnership with representatives of other entitiesHigh degree of autonomyGood interpersonal skills (team and operational level)Good ability to adapt to a changing environmentExcellent working methodologyWork methodology and rigour, ability to reportCOMPANYVoltalia UKBUSINESS LINEGeography Finance - UK, Italy, Spain, PortugalCONTRACT TYPEPermanent ContractCONTRACT DURATIONLOCATIONUnited Kingdom, LondonSTARTING DATEDec 23
