Job Description: They are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Client Manager to join their�team. As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with their diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their financial needs are met, and providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial matters.

  • Understand and assess client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals.

  • Manage client accounts effectively, overseeing financial statements, tax filings, and other related documents.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients in a timely manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation through proactive client engagement and relationship-building activities.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a similar role within the accountancy sector, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA)�
