Account Payable Controller

Accounts Payable professional
ready to dive into a role?
We're looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Controller to manage our financial transactions and ensure the smooth running of our accounts payable process for three distinguished brands in the education technology sector,
The Role
You'll take on the responsibility of processing supplier invoices accurately and maintaining current creditor ledgers. You'll also prepare for supplier payment runs and act as the first point of contact for any supplier queries. Handling company credit cards and staff expense claims will also fall under your remit, alongside working closely with our procurement and finance teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer invoicing.
Your Background
We hope you bring at least
two years of experience in Accounts Payable
or a similar financial role. A knack for Excel and some familiarity with Access Financials and online purchase order systems would be a plus.

– Mon-Fri (WFH 1 day a week)
