Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our consruction division based at our Milton Keynes branch.

This role is sutable for a self-motivated Account Manager who is able to hit the ground running, with a complimentary attitude towards service, assisting in managing the customer relationship at all levels.

The successful candidate must have the ability to build positive relationships that ensure our customer feels valued and be able to objectively deal with any issues that may occur.

Your responsibilites:

Achieving key sales targets with existing customers
Customer retention and reporting to Senior Account Managers
Issue resolution
Day to day running of contract
Updating personnel records
Using social media to advertise for new candidates
Interviewing candidates who are looking for work
Assisting candidates through assessments and client inductions on site
Answering incoming telephone calls
Learning and assisting with worker compliance (eligibility to work)Account Manager Personal Qualities:
