Trevett Services are working with a leading National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a�Project Manager�to work in�Salisbury.

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability
- Ensure additional services and projects are added and contracts are re-won on re-tender.
- Supporting the sales process through solutions development
- Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
- Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.
- Provide�leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support.
- Financial responsibility for the delivery of Plan commitments for the contract.
Experience required:
- Ideally would come from a�Facilities Management�background�
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team a large team.
- �Able�work under pressure�
- Strong organisational and communication skills
