Trevett Services are working with a leading National Building Services and FM Organisation who are looking to bring on a�Project Manager�to work in�Salisbury.

This is a�full time, permanent role�in addition to a great benefits package. .�

Key responsibilities of the Account Manager

• Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability


• Ensure additional services and projects are added and contracts are re-won on re-tender.


• Supporting the sales process through solutions development


• Ensure optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.


• Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts.


• Provide�leadership and guidance, advice, coaching and direct support.


• Financial responsibility for the delivery of Plan commitments for the contract.

Experience required:

• Ideally would come from a�Facilities Management�background�


• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team a large team.


• �Able�work under pressure�


• Strong organisational and communication skills
