Job Description
Job Overview:
At Guider, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients successfully integrate and find continual value in our solutions. As an Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for any post-sales concerns. You will become an expert in Mentoring and Learning & Development and become your clients’ sounding board on these topics.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work tirelessly to increase the value of our solutions to our customers. Reducing Time To Value (TTV) will eb a key metric for this role’s success.
Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing account management.
Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value.
Work closely with clients to identify their business needs and challenges and ensure that our solution meets their business goals.
Provide insightful product feedback from clients to the product development teams.
Regularly monitor customer health metrics, prepare QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and conduct regular check-ins.
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio.
Collaborate with the support team to address customer issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of customer success principles, practices, and metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and digital tools.
Experience with Learning and Development, or working with Enterprise clients, an advantage
