About the Team
Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making second hand first choice while promoting circular fashion and building a beautiful product experience. Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.
About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to supercharge how we acquire retailers for our secondhand fashion platform.
The candidate will need a passion for fashion - bonus for secondhand and vintage - and a curious mind to help us 5x sales with vintage retailers, through understanding retailers needs, visiting their stores, calling and emailing, and building strong relationships with our prospects.
The ideal candidate must bring an entrepreneurial, go-getter and creative approach to sales and relationship building to drive growth and help the success of our platform. You will work closely with the rest of the growth team to identify and leverage opportunities for new retailers.
In simple terms this role is focussed on the account management of retailers wanting to find a better and simpler way to source vintage clothes for their stores!
Requirements
As a key member of an early stage startup in hyper growth you must be willing and able to wear multiple hats. The key requirements for this role are:
Proven experience, at least 2 years, in account management or sales, preferably in the retail or vintage industry
Familiarity with various online and offline sales and outreach channels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships
Comfortable with phone calls and visiting clients in person
Ability to work collaboratively with across teams
Analytical and creative mindset for sales performance reporting and capitalising on learnings
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to driving sales and achieving targets
We're looking for someone who is able to work 3 days a week from our office in Spitalfields (London), 2 days a week from home
Speaking French is a plus as we have a growing base of retailers in France!
